Michael’s leadership goes beyond his role as the Founder and President of HAZ Technologies, a leading provider of technology solutions and fractional executive sourcing. He has also shared his expertise as the Director of Technology for Pacific American Securities – Midwest, which is now defunct; Crabbe, Brown, and James, now known as Amundsen Davis, LLC; and the Center for Healthy Families.

James is a results-driven IT executive with over 30 years of experience leading technology operations, business development, and strategic project delivery across telecommunications and financial services. He has held senior leadership roles in small and mid-sized enterprises, consistently aligning technical solutions with business goals. 

With deep expertise in network infrastructure, IT operations, and client engagement, James has successfully led enterprise initiatives, built high-performing teams, and delivered scalable solutions on time and within budget. His certifications include CCNA, CCNP, CNE, and Network Security Specialist, reinforcing his ability to drive secure and efficient technology strategies. 

Hassan is a seasoned technology executive and founder of ScanLikely, a privacy-first QR security platform designed to protect organizations from emerging digital threats while maintaining seamless user experiences. He specializes in aligning IT strategy with business objectives, enabling organizations to leverage technology as a growth driver rather than a cost center. 

With a career spanning security consulting, IT governance, and multi-site operations leadership, Hassan brings a proven ability to develop and execute technology roadmaps, optimize IT investments, and strengthen cybersecurity frameworks. His leadership style combines strategic vision with operational discipline, ensuring technology initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes. 

Freddie is a distinguished cybersecurity executive with a proven track record of delivering strategic security solutions across financial services, healthcare, telecommunications, and government sectors. In his capacity as a fractional Chief Information Security Officer, he has consistently advanced organizational resilience, compliance, and operational efficiency. His leadership at Amazon Web Services included the development of robust cloud security architectures, automation of DevSecOps processes, and the protection of AI/ML environments, particularly those supporting generative AI workloads. 

Mr. Wilson holds certifications as an AWS Solutions Architect, Certified Ethical Hacker, and GIAC Certified Forensic Examiner. His expertise spans cloud security, AI/ML risk management, and enterprise security strategy. Known for his analytical rigor and executive-level collaboration, he serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. His approach aligns with UpRys’ mission to empower nonprofits and small businesses through tailored, high-impact cybersecurity initiatives.

Brian joined Gainwell Technologies in July 2019 as a Senior Project Manager for the OHMITS PMO Team. In this role, he is responsible for managing projects that deliver services to the Ohio Department of Medicaid Services. 

Prior to this, Brian held several positions, including IT Director for the Columbus Area, a mental health provider, and Senior Project Manager for Netsmart Technologies, an EHR provider for mental health agencies. He also worked as the IT Manager for the Behavioral Health Department and Research Institute at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. Additionally, Brian served in the United States Army and the Ohio Army National Guard for a total of 25 years. 

In 2011, Brian earned the HITECH Implementation Manager Specialist Certificate.
